Our Fees
- All fees by agreement
- We normally charge an Engagement fee and a success fee and
these are always outlined in our “Engagement Letter”
as our terms of business which you will be asked to sign before
we commence work
- The Engagement fee starts from £350 +VAT and is non refundable.
The amount is linked to the size of the loan/ quality requested.
- The Success fee varies again in connection to the size of the
loan/quality requested, the difficulty of the request and urgency.
A 1% Success fee- based on the amount agreed by the lender- is
payable on the day of the drawdown (or within 3 months of the
lender which ever is sooner). If solicitors are involved (e.g.
Property Purchase), we will request the Solicitor acting to deduct
our feed and remit them to us.
Our Lenders
- Our lenders are responsive, fast and work hard to provide us
with a high level of service
- They welcome the volume of business we provide them and are
keen to offer beneficial terms to win the business.
- We liaise with the main high street lenders, smaller/niche
banks, key building societies, a host of niche finance houses
and Leasing/Factoring specialists
- For each lender we always have a personal relationship with
them. We never send off multiple loan requests by post /email
to lenders we do not know or trust
